Part A (including Affiliate OSP/Account Staff)

1. LSU OSP hopefully finished with or finalizing contracts for all new awards by this meeting date. Hopefully all NCE contracts will be fully executed.
2. Monthly billing:
   • New templates that locks cells from creating new budget categories that were not proposed.
   • Reminder to spend down LaSPACE $ as much as and whenever possible.
   • Rebudget request process and new form.
3. Truncated PoP for 2023-24 awards
   • NCEs allowed on certain projects, but stricter requirements/justifications required.
   • Review the NCE process detailed in the award letters.
4. Final Report online submission process. Progress Report will be live during the Fall semester.

Part B (OSP/Accounting Staff can leave if desired)

1. Remind all PIs to have students complete Gateway profile (email sent to PIs on 8/2/23. LaSPACE will provide links again).
2. Tell SD/REA/HIS/LaACES PIs to have new recruits to complete LaSPACE Online Demo Form (email sent to PIs on 8/2/23. LaSPACE will provide links again).
3. Fall 2023 LaSPACE Annual Meeting discussion.
4. Open Discussion.
