How to register for the LaSPACE Longitudinal Tracking Site.

1. Go to http://laspace.lsu.edu/tracking/ If you do not have an account, you MUST set one up.

2. Log into the Site

3. File out the displayed form.
a. For LaSPACE Program, choose HASP.
b. Academic Program Year, choose the year you participated in the HASP Program. For instance, choose 2009-2010 if you plan to launch HASP in Sept, 2010.
c. Program Advisor, please type in you Faculty Advisor at your school.
d. College/University, please choose the University you attend while participating in the HASP program. If your university does not appear in the list, please choose Other and type it in the "Other" field.
e. Student Classification, please list your classification while you were enrolled in the HASP Program.
f. Year Enrolled and Anticipated Graduation Date, These fields are for your overall College career.

4. If you have participated in multiple HASP other LaSPACE programs, You must fill out the form for 1 program and then click on the ADD New LaSPACE program to enter another listing. All your Contact Information is carried through the site.

5. If you need to change your personal information, please click on the MODIFY User Information tab to edit.


These statistics collected will only be used to justify and evaluate the HASP Program.
