HASP is now on the ground. The impact time was 9/3/13 14:10 UTC and the ground location was about 33.96 N, 112.98 W. A CSBF crew is in the area and will probably begin recovery first thing in the morning. HASP and the payloads probably will not be returned to Fort Sumner, NM until Wednesday evening....
