We follow the discovery of neutrino oscillations by studies of solar and atmospheric neutrinos and the values of or limits on oscillation parameters. We then apply these oscillation parameters to the fluxes of high energy astrophysical neutrinos and calculate the flavor content of these neutrinos at detection.
